"UNKEI" long earrings

Obsidian earrings that display a variety of black expressions.
Obsidian is a natural glass produced by volcanoes, formed when erupted lava cools and solidifies rapidly.

Japan is a volcanic country with over 100 areas that produce obsidian. Among these, the obsidian from Wada Pass in Nagano Prefecture, which is said to have been formed by an eruption 870,000 years ago, is known for its denseness and high transparency.

This uniquely cut double cabochon, neither spherical nor oval, combines various curved surfaces. It is delicately polished by the artisan using a "hand rubbing " technique with their skilled fingertips.

The long hook is an original design by su Ha, made by twisting each and every K18 square wire. You can enjoy two different lengths to suit your hairstyle and neckline: under the chin when fastened in a curved shape, or above the chin when inserted up to the rounded seam.
